This Sunday, Nov. 1st the KC area practice will be at Longview Community College in Lee's Summit, MO at 4pm. This is our last big hill practice before the national meet. This is one of the most important practices of the year. Please remember that Daylight Savings Time ends that day as well.
Please remember our troops and send them your Halloween candy. Coach Ramsey is more than happy to make sure that they get your candy as they need it a lot more than you do. Just bring it to practice and he will get it to them.
Results from the Youth CC Meet at Emporia are now posted. The weather was nice but a little warm! Coach Ramsey was very impressed with the results and especially with those running in their first CC race ever. He can tell that most of you have been working on your form! Keep working on your form and we will be ready at the end of the season!
Kansas City Area practices this week will be at 5:30PM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at the north end of Stoll Park by the shelter and Longview Community College. Northland practices will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:00PM at English Landing. Sunday practices for the KC Area will be held at Stoll Park at 4:00PM from this point forward unless posted. Practices will typically be no longer than 50-60 minutes.
